The ILF launched its Global Exchange Program in 2008, establishing a “U.S. high-level government and Business Delegation” to visit Asia to promote leadership development and international relations in Asia and Pacific Rim countries. ILF has successfully formed strategic alliances with global organizations that share our mission to enhance cross-cultural exchange programs for the mutual benefit of our countries. It also has the Young Ambassador Program and international leadership development programs, which seek to prepare the next generation of young international leaders to address the global business and challenges in our ever-changing world. It holds an exciting series of lectures, excursions, and discussions of topics ranging from international business relations to public policy and the legislative process. It also offers career planning counseling, college mentorship, extracurricular activities guidance and summer/winter academy programs.
